Terms of service

1. Role of Ordero

Ordero is a tool for creating offers and handling order submissions. It is not the seller or a party to agreements between sellers and customers. It does not verify or recommend sellers.

2. Access to the service

Use an account or a guest panel valid for 7 days. Protect your password and management link. You need internet access and a browser; some features require JavaScript. Accounts may have offer and order limits.

3. Seller responsibilities

Sellers are responsible for their offers, legal compliance, prices, payments, fulfilment, delivery, complaints, refunds and taxes. They provide their identity, contact details and sales terms, including withdrawal rights where applicable. They explain whether the form is an enquiry or leads to an agreement.

4. Orders and customer contact

Customers review the seller's terms and direct order questions, complaints and refunds to the seller. Ordero does not process payments or resolve disputes. An application status alone does not determine whether an agreement exists. Customers' statutory rights remain unchanged.

5. Use and moderation

Unlawful content, fraud, spam and infringement of others' rights are prohibited. The operator may restrict offers or accounts for violations or security threats, in accordance with law. Report violations and restriction questions to the operator. A restriction does not remove obligations to customers.

6. Availability and records

Technical interruptions and failed email delivery are possible. Sellers keep their own order records. Deleting an account or offer deletes associated orders, but does not remove obligations to customers.

7. Operator liability

Providing Ordero does not transfer responsibility for seller-customer transactions to the operator. The operator is responsible for its own conduct under applicable law. Liability and duties that cannot legally be excluded remain in place.

8. Personal data

Sellers collect only necessary data, have a legal basis and inform customers. The operator fulfils its own data protection duties. Roles and any data processing agreement must be established before launch. These terms do not replace privacy information or consent.

9. Platform-related reports

Report Ordero issues using the details on the Contact page. Describe the problem without sending passwords or confidential links. Purchase complaints go to the seller.

10. Adoption and changes

Changes to these terms do not automatically alter existing seller-customer agreements. Statutory change notification duties and users' rights remain unchanged.
